Finale: 6 weeks of workouts and nutrition and what are the results?

For a total of 7.5lbs and 9.15". My beginning goal was to lose 12lbs, which I did not reach but I am very happy with the loss I did reach after struggling for a few months to lose anything at all and all this during the holidays. I had a few other goals as well:
Workout a minimum of 5 times a week - ACCOMPLISHED!
Burn at least 1,000 calories each workout - ACCOMPLISHED!
Decrease my Waist 1 measurement to 34" - ACCOMPLISHED!
Decrease my Junk In The Trunk to 42" - Not accomplished but I did decrease by .65"
And my MAIN GOAL - lose 12 pounds - Not accomplished but I reached 7.5lbs!
Now are you ready for some before and after shots? I used a self-timer to take the afters so you'll have to excuse the quality. I'm not sure that I see the difference in the pictures, but I feel the difference.



Starting on January 2, I will be beginning round 2 of the 6-week health challenge. I encourage you to join in, even if you don't want to post pictures.
