For a total of 8.8lbs and 13.25". Here are Michelle's goals and accomplishments:

Michelle's Goals
Workout a minimum of 5x a week - ACCOMPLISHED
Burn at least 1000 calories each workout - ACCOMPLISHED
Lose 10lbs - Not accomplished, but almost there!
Cut mile running time by at least 2 minutes (13:35)- ACCOMPLISHED new time is 10:56
Decrease waist, hips and thighs by at least 1 inch each. - ACCOMPLISHED
Lose 1 chin (at least half an inch from neck) - Almost there, reached .25"!
See more definition in my arms and shoulders. (and 1 ab would be nice) - Missing the 1 ab, but we can't tell from her pictures, she just claimed that lol!

  1. I don't quite have the 1 ab yet, but i'm starting to see where my abs are! holla! it's on for the next 6-week challenge, i WILL have that ab! And can I just say for the record, we kicked serious ass. We may not have hit our weight loss goal, but when you consider how much we had going on between Thanksgiving and New Years (birthdays, sweater parties, food food and food) we did the impossible-we still lost weight! :)
